We have heard thousands of questions, and chosen to provide you with the answers to some of the more common questions relating to a funeral, a funeral service and funeral homes.

  • Q: Where are you located?A: Our vessels are located in Long Beach, California, adjacent to the Aquarium of the Pacific at Dock #2. Our address is: 100 Aquarium Way, Dock #2, Long Beach, CA 90802.
  • Q: When and at what times are your services available?A: Our services are available 7 days a week and normally at or before 10am.
  • Q: Are reservations required?A: Yes, please contact us at (562) 983-6880 to check availability and to make a reservation.
  • Q: How far in advance should I reserve?A: We do our best to try and accommodate your group if your request is for tomorrow or months from now. The charter is available upon availability so please give us as much notice as possible.
  • Q: How do we make a reservation?

    A: The reservation process is very simple. It can be made over the phone or via email to [email protected]  We will ask for your name, best contact number, email or fax, number of passengers, and the date requested. We will then email or fax the contract to you and asked for a signed copy and payment.

  • Q: Are there restrooms aboard your boats?A: Yes, our boats contain multiple restrooms for your comfort.
  • Q: Are your boats wheelchair accessible?A: Absolutely, our boats have boarding ramps that allow wheelchairs to easily board.
  • Q: Is there anything to eat or drink on board?A: We have a cash snack bar on the boat if guests would like a soft drink or snack. We offer a number of different bar options. Please ask the receptionist to send our Beverage Menu for pricing. Different types of bars require prearrangement.
  • Q: How many passengers do your boats hold?A: We can accommodate up to 149 passengers on one cruise. However, there are different price ranges for different amounts of people. Please call our office for details.
  • Q: How long is the trip?A: Memorials at sea last approximately 1 ½ hours round trip.
  • Q: May we bring flowers?A: Yes. We recommend family and friends bring flowers if possible.
  • Q: Are your boats safe for children?A: Yes, high railings around each boat and non-skid decks help keep children safe. Plenty of safety equipment is available in the rare occurrence of an emergency. All of our vessels are US Coast Guard Certified and Inspected.
  • Q: Is there enough seating for everyone aboard?A: Absolutely, we have inside and outside seating.
  • Q: Will we be the only group aboard?A: Yes. When our client reserves a date and time, the boat is completely theirs. We respect privacy so we do not combine groups.
  • Q: Where is parking available?

    A: Parking is available at the Aquarium Parking Structure and is just a short walk across from our dock.  We can validate your parking ticket to reduce the price to $8.
